Who may apply

Aura Match is open to adults aged 21 or over who are single, widowed or divorced with a final judgment, and who are looking for a serious relationship. At launch, applications are accepted from residents of Florida; applicants elsewhere join a waitlist and are not charged.

Admission

Admission follows an application, a questionnaire, a private interview and verification. Aura Match may decline any application without giving a reason. Paying for a service never guarantees admission, and any application fee is credited or refunded as stated at the time of payment.

Membership

Membership terms, including scope, duration, the number of introductions and any pause, are set out in a written agreement signed before payment. The agreement prevails over anything said on this site.

Introductions

Introductions are proposed one at a time by a matchmaker. Contact details are shared only after both people agree. Aura Match provides a careful search process and does not promise a relationship, an engagement or a marriage.

Experiences

Experiences are hosted in Miami by invitation. Places are limited, attendance rules are sent with each invitation, and repeated absence without notice may end invitations.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Fees, payment dates and any instalments are stated in the membership agreement. Florida law gives you the right to cancel within three business days of signing. After that period, fees are non-refundable except where the agreement or the law provides otherwise; a pause is available as set out in the agreement.

Conduct and safety

Members treat every introduction with respect and confidentiality, give truthful information and keep their relationship status current. Harassment, threats, misrepresentation or using the service for paid relationships ends membership immediately and without refund.

Confidentiality

Members keep the identity and details of the people they are introduced to private. Aura Match never publishes the name or image of a member without written permission.

Liability

Aura Match verifies identity and background with care but cannot guarantee the conduct of any person. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim. Disputes go first to good-faith mediation.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute that mediation does not resolve is heard in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

Changes are posted here with a new version date. Changes do not alter a membership agreement already signed unless both sides agree in writing.
