Who we are

Aura Match is a private introductions service based in Miami, Florida. This notice explains what we collect from applicants and members, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Contact details, age, city and state; your answers to the questionnaire and the interview notes; relationship status; photos you send; feedback after dates; and the records of verification.

Why we collect it

To assess your application, to verify that it is safe and accurate, to propose introductions, to arrange experiences and dates, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sensitive information

Some answers, such as relationship history, religion or health habits, are sensitive. They are used only to judge compatibility, are read only by the team, and are never shared without your consent.

Verification and background checks

Identity, relationship status and background checks are carried out by a consumer reporting provider only after you sign a separate written authorisation, as the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires. If a check affects a decision, you receive a copy and a summary of your rights.

Who sees your information

The team, and service providers bound by confidentiality who host our data or run verification. A short profile goes to a person you are introduced to only after you agree to that introduction.

How long we keep it

Application records are kept while your application or membership is active and for a limited period afterwards. Photos are deleted within 90 days of leaving. Copies of identity documents are deleted once verification is complete.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw a consent, or stop marketing messages at any time. Applicants outside the United States may have further rights under their local law, such as the GDPR or the LGPD.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, and providers are bound by data-protection terms. Photos are never used to train any model.

Changes to this notice

Changes are posted here with a new version date. Material changes are sent to members by e-mail before they apply.
